Event Booking Statuses Meaning

On the Events platform, once an Event is open, bookings start to flow in, and depending on the individual Event’s booking requirements and setup, these bookings might appear with different statuses assigned to them, as well as specific colour coding. To view an Event’s bookings list:

  1. Log into the Admin Interface
  2. Hover over Events and click on Events from the list of tabs at the top of the page
  3. Locate the Event you want to see the Bookings list for, hover over Actions on its left-hand side
  4. Click on Bookings, which will prompt you to the booking list page
  5. Another way to reach this page is to click on the Event’s name to open its Basic Details page. Once there, at the top-right there is a clickable tab called Bookings, clicking on it will also redirect to the bookings list page.
