How to Use the Guest List Page
The Guest List and Booking Detail pages provide a centralised workspace for managing all ticketed guests for your event. From reviewing bookings and sending tickets to editing guest details and handling accessibility requirements, these pages are designed to support efficient event delivery.
Accessing the Guest List
There are two main ways to access the Guest List for an event:
- Via the Events Dashboard:
- Go to the Events tab.
- Locate the relevant event in the list.
- Click the Actions dropdown.
- Select Guest List from the menu.
- Via Event Settings:
- Navigate to the Event Settings page.
- Use the quick link labelled Guest List, found next to Attendance.
Overview of the Guest List Page
The Guest List table offers a row-by-row view of every ticket holder for the event, along with key tools and filters to manage large guest volumes effectively.
Each row includes:
- Booking ID
- First and Last Name
- Nominee or Citation Reader status
- Ticket Type and Template
- Booker and Company Name
- Completed Ticket Registration status
A total ticket count is displayed beneath the table.
Filtering and Pagination
Filters at the top of the table allow you to refine the guest list by:
- Nominees/Citation Reader
- Ticket Type
- Ticket Template
- Completed Ticket Registration
- Booker or Company Name
To manage long lists more effectively, use the pagination filter to choose how many rows to display:
- 300
- 500
- 1,000
- 2,000
- 3,000
Action Buttons
At the top right of the Guest List are four key functions:
- Download – Exports the current guest list view as a CSV.
- Edit Extra Data – Opens an editable view for supplementary fields such as dietary requirements or access notes.
- Ticket Email Report – Provides a log of which guests have been emailed their tickets.
- Change Ticket Design – Applies a different ticket template to selected entries.
Row Actions Menu
Each ticket row includes an Actions dropdown menu, allowing you to:
- View booking
- Send online collection link
- Flag as Nominee or Citation Reader
- Change ticket design for this entry
