Event ticketing systems offer a set of fully customisable email templates. These help admins automate communication with attendees at every stage of an event, ensuring a consistent and professional experience while reducing manual work.

Emails cover actions such as bookings, payments, ticketing, user accounts, promotions, and waitlists.

What do these templates do?

By setting up templates, event organisers can:

  • Ensure users receive timely confirmations, updates, and reminders
  • Personalise communication using event- and user-specific fields
  • Reduce the need for manual follow-up

Updated Fields

The following fields have been added to ticketing templates to allow more detailed personalisation:

Note: Redundant fields such as admin_id, seat_id, cancelled_at_time, and event_internal_name have been removed to streamline template management.
